Nostalgic
Hanoi Pho

We put our feelings for Vietnam and the flavors that are deeply engraved in our hearts into this dish.
We bring to you traditional recipes of Vietnamese kindness that have been handed down since ancient times.

Soup slowly simmered for more than 10 hours

Nutritious broth made from beef, pork and chicken bones simmered for 10 to 14 hours

Seasoning with mainly vegetable

The use of chemical seasonings is kept to minimal. We slow-cooked vegetables to create the natural sweetness.

Fresh pho noodles same as in Vietnam

To pursue the original taste from Vietnam, we use fresh pho noodles. Fresh noodles are more difficult to store and required more knowledge and experience to cook.
