Vietya Foods (Chuo, Tokyo) opened a new type of Vietnamese delicatessen, “Vietnam Kitchen by Vietya,” at Tokyo Dome City LaQua (Bunkyo, Tokyo) on November 25. Vietnam Kitchen specializes in takeout, and in addition to Vietya’s signature product, Vietnamese pho, it offers about 30 kinds of Vietnamese home-style dishes and desserts at any given time.
