A spring-only “vermicelli” menu is now available!

Starting on March 20 (Thursday, national holiday), Betoya will launch a limited spring menu featuring “vermicelli” (bean-starch vermicelli).

Healthy and filling, vermicelli has recently become increasingly popular in Japan, and is one of the most commonly eaten noodles in Vietnam.

Here are the two limited edition menu items!

✔︎ Chicken soup vermicelli

Warm soup noodle soup with vermicelli, chicken, bamboo shoots, and shiitake mushrooms. The combination of the sticky vermicelli and the gentle sweetness of the chicken broth makes this a perfect dish for spring.

✔︎ Chicken mixed vermicelli

This mixed noodle vermicelli is served with a rich soy sauce-based sauce. This dish offers a robust flavor. Soup is also included in the set.

It will be available at all five Betoya stores (Tsukiji, Hongo, Tameike-Sanno, Jimbocho, and Ningyocho) from March 20 (Thursday, national holiday). We recommend this vermicelli menu, which reminds us of the coming of spring! Please try it!
