What is comtam?
Com Tam (Cơm Tấm), meaning “crushed rice” in Vietnamese, is a popular dish born in Saigon (now Ho Chi Minh City). It is characterized by the exquisite harmony of fragrant grilled pork, special nuoc mam sauce, and refreshing vegetables.
