本ポリシーに定めのない事項は、「ベト屋メンバーズ会員規約」によります。

- 店舗でのご購入履歴（ご利用日時、ご利用店舗、ご購入商品、ご利用金額等）
- スターアニス（本プログラムのポイントの名称です。）の付与・利用・残高の履歴、クーポンの交換および利用の履歴
- 本サイトのご利用履歴、IPアドレス、ご利用の端末・ブラウザ、Cookie 等により取得される情報
- お問い合わせ、ご意見・ご要望、アンケートへのご回答の内容
(2) 利用目的
当社は、取得した情報を次の目的で利用します。
- 会員登録の受付、ご本人の確認、会員資格・会員ランク・会員アカウントの管理（アカウントの統合および変更への対応を含みます。）
- スターアニスの付与・利用・残高の管理、クーポンへの交換、会員特典の提供
- 店舗およびオンラインにおける商品・サービスのご提供、ご注文・お支払いの処理
- お客様のご購入履歴、ご来店履歴、スターアニスのご利用履歴、本サイトのご利用履歴およびアンケートへのご回答を分析し、お客様の嗜好に応じた商品、メニュー、クーポンおよびキャンペーンをご案内するため。この分析に基づき、電子メール、SMS、メッセージングサービス、本サイト上の表示その他の方法により、お客様ごとに内容の異なるご案内を差し上げる場合があります。
- 新商品、新店舗、季節限定メニュー、キャンペーンおよびイベントのご案内、アンケートの実施、ならびに商品・サービス・店舗運営の改善および新たな商品の企画・開発（個人を識別できない形に加工した統計情報の作成および利用を含みます。）
- お問い合わせ、ご意見・ご要望への対応、および当社からお客様へのご連絡
- 不正利用の防止、会員規約に違反する行為への対応、本サイトおよび関連システムの保守・安全性の確保、ならびに法令等に基づく対応
利用目的を変更する場合は、変更前の目的と関連性のある範囲で行い、変更後の内容を本サイトに掲載します。この範囲を超えて利用する必要が生じたときは、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ます。
3. 第三者提供
当社は、あらかじめご本人の同意を得ることなく、個人データを第三者に提供することはありません。ただし、法令に基づく場合、人の生命・身体・財産の保護のために必要で同意を得ることが困難な場合など、法令が認める場合を除きます。
なお、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で外部に取扱いを委託する場合、および合併その他の事由による事業の承継にともない提供する場合は、第三者への提供にあたりません。
4. 開示・訂正・利用停止等のご請求
お客様は、当社が保有するご自身の個人データについて、①利用目的の通知、②開示、③内容が事実でない場合の訂正・追加・削除、④利用停止・消去、⑤第三者への提供の停止を請求できます。
ご請求先：電子メール：info@betoya.jp（第1項の窓口と同一です。）
ご請求の方法：電子メールにて承ります。ご本人確認のため、ご登録のお名前およびメールアドレスをお知らせください。代理人の場合は委任状等をあわせてご提出ください。回答は原則として電子メールにより行います。
手数料：無料です。
当社は、ご請求がご本人またはその代理人からのものであることを確認したうえで、遅滞なく対応します。対象となるデータをお客様が特定できない場合は、特定に必要な協力を行います。法令により当社が対応する義務を負わない場合は、その旨と理由をご連絡のうえ、ご請求に応じられないことがあります。
5. その他の取扱い
委託｜当社は、利用目的の達成に必要な範囲で、個人データの取扱いを外部に委託することがあります（会員システムおよび本サイトの開発・運用、サーバーの提供、店舗の販売管理システム、メール・メッセージの配信、印刷・発送、お問い合わせ対応等）。この場合、当社は委託先を適切に選定し、必要な監督を行います。

2. Information collected and purposes of use
(1) Information the Company collects
- Information you enter at registration: name, email address, phone number and password (including the confirmation entry). * Date of birth is not collected.
- Member number and member rank (Member / Silver / Gold / Diamond)
- Purchase history at our shops (date and time, shop, items purchased, amount spent, etc.)
- History of Star Anise (the name of this programme's points) earned, used and held, and history of coupons exchanged and used
- Usage history of the Site, IP address, device and browser used, and information obtained through cookies and similar technologies
- Content of enquiries, opinions, requests and survey responses
(2) Purposes of use
The Company uses the information it collects for the following purposes.
- Accepting member registration, verifying identity, and managing membership status, member rank and member accounts (including handling account merges and changes)
- Managing Star Anise earned, used and held, exchanging for coupons, and providing member benefits
- Providing products and services in shops and online, and processing orders and payments
- Analysing your purchase history, visit history, Star Anise usage history, Site usage history and survey responses to recommend products, menus, coupons and campaigns suited to your preferences. Based on this analysis, we may send you personalised communications by email, SMS, messaging services, on-site display or other means.
- Announcing new products, new shops, seasonal menus, campaigns and events; conducting surveys; improving products, services and shop operations; and planning and developing new products (including creating and using statistical information processed so that no individual can be identified)
- Responding to enquiries, opinions and requests, and contacting you from the Company
- Preventing fraudulent use, responding to conduct that breaches the terms of membership, maintaining and securing the Site and related systems, and complying with laws and regulations
Any change to the purposes of use will stay within a scope reasonably related to the previous purposes, and the revised purposes will be posted on the Site. Where use beyond that scope becomes necessary, the Company will obtain your consent in advance.
3. Provision to third parties
The Company does not provide personal data to third parties without your prior consent, except where permitted by law, such as when required by law or when necessary to protect a person's life, body or property and obtaining consent is difficult.
Entrusting handling to an external party within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, and providing data in connection with a business succession due to a merger or other cause, do not constitute provision to a third party.
4. Requests for disclosure, correction, suspension of use, etc.

After confirming that a request comes from you or your representative, the Company will respond without delay. If you cannot identify the data concerned, the Company will assist you in identifying it. Where the Company is not legally obliged to respond, it may decline the request after informing you of that fact and the reason.
5. Other handling
Outsourcing｜Within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use, the Company may entrust the handling of personal data to external parties (development and operation of the membership system and the Site, server hosting, in-shop sales management systems, email and message delivery, printing and mailing, enquiry handling, etc.). In such cases, the Company selects contractors appropriately and supervises them as necessary.

3. Cung cấp cho bên thứ ba

Phí：Miễn phí.
Sau khi xác nhận yêu cầu đến từ chính quý khách hoặc người đại diện, Công ty sẽ xử lý không chậm trễ. Nếu quý khách không xác định được dữ liệu cần yêu cầu, Công ty sẽ hỗ trợ để xác định. Trường hợp pháp luật không buộc Công ty phải đáp ứng, Công ty có thể từ chối yêu cầu sau khi thông báo lý do.
5. Các nội dung khác
Ủy thác｜Trong phạm vi cần thiết để đạt mục đích sử dụng, Công ty có thể ủy thác việc xử lý dữ liệu cá nhân cho bên ngoài (phát triển và vận hành hệ thống thành viên và Trang web, cung cấp máy chủ, hệ thống quản lý bán hàng tại cửa hàng, gửi email và tin nhắn, in ấn và gửi thư, hỗ trợ giải đáp, v.v.). Khi đó, Công ty lựa chọn bên nhận ủy thác phù hợp và giám sát cần thiết.

Khi xảy ra rò rỉ hoặc sự cố tương tự, Công ty nhanh chóng điều tra sự việc và thực hiện các biện pháp cần thiết theo pháp luật.
Sửa đổi Chính sách｜Công ty có thể sửa đổi Chính sách này theo thay đổi của pháp luật hoặc của chương trình. Nội dung sau sửa đổi có hiệu lực kể từ khi đăng trên Trang web. Khi có thay đổi quan trọng, Công ty sẽ thông báo trước.
