Com Tam, the national dish of Vietnam, will make a new appearance at Viet Restaurant!

Originating in Saigon, South Vietnam, com tam is a set meal-style dish of savory grilled pork, fried egg, and fresh vegetables on a bed of rice, served with special nuoc mam sauce.
