Vetoya ORIGIN Rewards is Vetoya’s tiered rewards program. Members receive points for qualifying mobile order purchases. Points can be used to redeem available rewards, and ORIGIN members can move up the ranks based on their annual spend. Participation is free and anyone who creates an account is eligible.

To create an account, you can either create an account on the official LINE channel or access the online ordering page and create an account with your e-mail address.

To change your email settings, sign in to your Betoya account at https://menu.betoya.jp/account/. From the navigation bar you can select “Change Account Information”.

If you are locked out of your account or unable to log in to your account, please try the following troubleshooting steps

  • Reset your password: If you request a reset for an account with a registered email address, you will receive an invitation in your email.
  • Customers who have created an account via their LINE account can log in to the same LINE account and log in directly on the official Betoya channel.
  • Please note that accounts created via LINE that do not have a registered email address cannot have their passwords reset.

Yes, you can check the transaction history of the accounts you are connected to on the official LINE channel. You can check your order history for up to one year. Accounts that have registered their email address on the online order page can check their order history after logging in.

Upon enrollment in ORIGIN, points will be awarded for each qualifying purchase and can be redeemed for available rewards. As your membership rank increases, the number of points per 100 yen increases. Please see the ORIGIN page for more details.

ORIGIN Points do not expire, but redeemable rewards do. You can check which rewards you can redeem on the “My Coupons” page.

Points and rewards are not available for other delivery services.

ORIGIN has four membership levels: ORIGIN Member, Green Member, Silver Member, and Goldeau Member. Please visit the ORIGIN page to learn more about the benefits of each level.

Membership ranks are determined annually and members must meet specific membership rank requirements each year to maintain their rank. Each year, members must reach rank by December 31. On January 1 of each year, the points that determine rank are reset to zero.

As an ORIGIN member, you will earn points each time you purchase an eligible product. Once you reach a certain number of points, you will move up to the next rank. Membership ranks are determined annually, and you must meet specific rank requirements each year to maintain your rank.
