Vietnamese pho specialty restaurant Vietuya will launch a summer-only product, “Chilled Pho,” at its Vietnamese pho specialty restaurant, Vietuya, on June 6, 2012. Pho in Vietnam is usually served in a warm broth, but Betoya has developed an original “chilled pho” that is easy to eat even in the hot Japanese summer, while taking advantage of the original features of pho. There are two flavors: shrimp and chicken. The dish is refreshing and refreshing, just like chilled Chinese noodles, a staple of summer in Japan.
Chilled Pho Overview
Pho noodles, the national dish of Vietnam, are chilled and topped with a variety of ingredients such as vegetables, ham, chicken or shrimp (either one). It is served with a refreshing and rich sauce based on Vietnamese soy sauce. The cold slurp, moderate acidity, and plenty of colorful vegetables make it a refreshing meal even during the rainy season and hot summer, when appetites tend to wane.
